• Educational and Outreach Initiatives: To support the creation of research, training materials, webinars, and events that promote social work practice and foster collaboration within the global social work community.
• Support for Social Work Projects: To assist grassroots organizations and social workers involved in projects that align with our mission of advancing social justice and addressing societal challenges.
• General Operating Expenses: To cover the day-to-day costs of running the platform, including technical support, hosting fees, and administrative costs.

We aim to ensure that a significant portion of the donations directly benefits the community and projects related to social work and social justice. Your support helps us to continue our mission and to provide a resource-rich environment for social workers and community leaders.

2. Refund Policy for Accidental Donations

We understand that mistakes can happen, and we want to make sure that you feel comfortable with your contribution. If you accidentally make a donation, we offer the following refund policy:

• Requesting a Refund: If you accidentally make a donation, please contact us immediately via email at contact@gswa.in or phone at +91-6003552958. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the donation being processed.
• Refund Processing: Once we receive your request, we will review the situation and process the refund promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the donation.
• Non-Refundable Donations: After 7 days from the donation date, we cannot issue refunds. We encourage donors to double-check the donation amount before submitting payment. In cases of fraud or unauthorized transactions, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
